The Return - 2002

Well I'm back.

Short history for whilst I've been away:
- Started and stopped numerous times.
- My marriage broke down towards the end of 2001.
- Tried to stop again numerous times.

Read Alan Carr’s book last weekend and have now stopped.

Inevitably, all those feelings I was suppressing by smoking are starting to come up now. My sadness about the end of my marriage is coming out again.

But it's good to be back. This time will be it: I am a non-smoker.
